Online Coordinator is a powerful software system, with many valuable features. This means more capabilities will become apparent to you as you use it. Fortunately, getting started is simple and intuitive. You don't need to know everything before starting to use it. And, there is nothing you will do that cannot be undone or changed later.

The system is a web interface that allows you to create a set of files. These files contain the data you input, then it helps you calculate changes, and displays that data in useful and meaningful ways.

You can start by simply subscribing to the Free Trial and following instructions on each page. No training is needed. If you prefer to understand the system more before using it, the following is recommended. First, watch the Demos. They are each only a couple of minutes in length and give a brief idea of the functions. Each time you log in you will see a different Tip. This is a paragraph which you can choose to read more fully, with links to more Tips. There are ten tabbed sections: Jobs, Tasks, Schedule, Work Orders, Plans, Selections, Contacts, Reports, Documents and Preferences. The Help link in each section will jump to Help topics about that section. We recommend you read these topics because it may save you valuable time. For example, once you create or modify your set of Tasks, import it to other jobs before adding dates. When you import, dates are imported as well. The tasks may be similar but the dates may not be.
